Everyone who loves entertainment knows about Rotten
Tomatoes. If you have a favorite cult classic, chances are they have completely
destroyed it and called it rotten. They are the epitome of “yeah, that was crap”.
You also know that seeing a positive review and rating is rarer than seeing a vegan
alligator. So, when they gave X-Men: Days of Future Past a 94% on
their site it literally made my jaw drop.
People are stoked to see this movie, but there’s a lot of
speculation and skeptical talk. Hopefully, this will put people’s minds at
ease. The film will be awesome. It will not be X-Men Last Stand, which probably should have been Brett Ratner’s
last stand, yet he still finds work. Anyway! This gives future goers of the
film a lot of hope seeing it hold its own against the rough and tumble critics
of Rotten Tomatoes. Then again, if you had any doubt about the film being
awesome, you should have reassured yourself that it was going to be good based
on the Professor and Magneto, both of them. Shame on you for doubting the all
mighty mutants!
DoFP comes out in
theaters on May 23, 2014. That would be next week. Honestly, with this much
publicity, you should probably start getting your costumes, tickets, and
nerdgasms in gear now. Just sayin’…
